Slovakia- The Slovakian flag was officially adopted on September 1, 1992. Red, white, and blue are originally Pan-Slavic colors.The centered Slovakian arms features a dominant white cross atop a blue symbolic reference to the country's mountains.
Ukraine- The golden yellow symbolizes fields of wheat and the blue represents the sky, mountains, and streams of Ukraine.
Republic of Moldova-By 1989 agitation against communist rule was strong in Moldova, and the blue-yellow-red Romanian tricolor became a popular symbol. It officially replaced the communist flag in May 1990. The new coat of arms of Moldova, based on traditional designs, was added on November 3 of that year: On the breast of an eagle is a shield with an aurochs’s head surrounded by a crescent, star, and flower.
Hungary- All of the colors on the flag represent strength, faithfulness,and hope. Red represents blood, white for freedom, and green means land.
Czech Republic-The white color represents the peaceful and honest nature of the people of the Czech Republic; red symbolizes valor, courage, and the noble patriotic spirit of the people; the color blue represents the Czech virtues of vigilance, truth, loyalty,and perseverance
Russian federation-As the Communist regime started falling apart, the original white-blue-red Russian national flag was restored on August 21, 1991. Soon, non-Russian territories of the Soviet Union became independent as the Soviet Union collapsed.
Poland-The white on the flag represents purity,morality,and goodness. The red represents bravery and heroism.
Romania-The revolutions that swept Europe in 1848 first produced the modern Romanian tricolor, blue-yellow-red, although it had horizontal stripes and the inscription “Justice” in Walachian and “Brotherhood” in Moldavian in the centre. This flag was used only briefly, but it became the basis for the modern tricolor.
Belarus-The meaning of the green on Belarus flag means future. Green is the color of hope, spring and revival this color is representing also land and forests. The meaning of the red section means past and the blood of the country's defenders. The decorative pattern of the side of the flag is symbolizing rich cultural heritage,its spiritual continuity, and the unity of its people.
Bulgaria- The white of the flag is said to stand for peace, love, and freedom, while green emphasizes the agricultural wealth of Bulgaria. Red is for the independence struggle and military courage.
